I had a broken tooth for couple of years but I was too nervous to go to the dentist. I thought the tooth would need to come out but the dentist I saw was amazing! She gave me options, information and within few visits pain free, Ive got my new crown which looks like my own tooth and I can eat with confidence again . Im so grateful! Thank you everyone at Dental shine!!!
I cant recommend this fantastic dental surgery enough, incredible service each time and in time of need always accommodating.
I was worried for a small spot on my gum , I pay for the visit and I ask for x ray, the dentist said was everything ok but tryed to spill money speacking of any kind of treatment , went in holiday in my country get x ray and the dentist tell me that the tooth has to be devitalized, a came back and my face start to swallow I got infected till under my eye and I ve been recentrly in the hospital loosing money as I m not able to work, moreover I asked for an nhs course of action this guy is a criminal I still have all my face exploding and I m taking antibiotics, the pain was something like I never experienced in my life, he is safe as his statement about my dental health was not written I really want to sue him
I called up to cancel a hygienist appointment 24hrs prior the appointment, they normally require 48hrs but after having emergency surgery 2 days before I had no choice as I was very poorly .. and they told me I will loose my deposit even though I explained my situation. I was absolutely gob smacked as have never cancelled at short notice before.. they could not make acception considering I have open surgery and it was not planned? Not at all, they took my 25 but have now lost a patient. they only care about money money money! they will push all types of treatments on you!
Amazing service and staff, you will not have the al' a cart feeling of other dental clinics give you. Ive been attended by all of their team, and all of them were exceptional.
