I just wanted to thank Dr Orsteen for my root canal treatment on Friday. I was quite nervous but it was totally painless and I havent had to take a single painkiller since! i would fully recommend B Dental for an unparalleled super clean, professional and relaxing experience.
I was treated by Dr Nicolai Orsteen and he was very gentle and had a fantastic bedside manner.I was nervous but he put me at ease and was so patient.I experienced no pain throughout the treatment. I am pleased with the outcome. Helpful and friendly receptionist too.
Throw away any fears or phobias you may hold about going to the dentist. The building is light, bright and modern. You are greeted by friendly staff at every stage of your visit. cant thank this dental surgery enough,was in servere pain with my wisdom tooth that needed extracting.Had an x-ray and they confirm with there surgeon within the hour if he could remove it.Thankfully he could and was back in the next morning to have it out.So helpful and understanding.
I was referred to see the specialist Endontist to fix a failed root filling. The experience from start to finish was amazing. The waiting area is comfortable - leather sofas and recent magazines. Tea and coffee offered while waiting. The toilet is spotless and staff friendly. The whole practice is comfortably air conditioned. The dentist took time to explain treatment options and costs. The procedure was undertaken with care and with the latest equipment (digital x-rays, microscope etc). The dentist and nurse worked as a team. Amazing experience and no more expensive than other London dentists. Recommended
