I went there for a return. I had a customer receipt. The staff wouldnt let me return it as the receipt was only a purchase receipt therefore they wouldnt know which item they were receiving. I insisted as the item has the barcode on it so this shouldnt be a problem. They refused and advised me to go to the store where I bought the jacket. Then I went to Regent st branch, it was returned quickly. I asked if I could have done it in any other branch he said yes! It shouldnt be a problem!! I had to spend one hour for this!! Awful customer service!!!
Always dreadful service here. Staff seem to treat customers with contempt. Really puts me off the brand.
Purchased a present (jumper) before Christmas on the 20th and told the lady serving me I would be away until 4th. I was told I could return by 6th. Went into store on 4th to be told the deadline was 3rd. No flexibility whatsoever and very poor service in general. I wont purchase from Reiss again.
Great store and great staff. James who works in the store has helped me several times and is extremely knowledgable and friendly!
