The service is excellent. Ecky was great. She was extremely patient and measured and fit rucksacks with care for my two daughters. She gave a lot of good advice too. The other staff were excellent too.

Helpful staff and good range of camping equipment. In the climbing equipment section not as much products as I wished but I still found what I wanted
Small cotwold store, am used to the bigger one in West end but the store is nice as they all are but of course in this one with smaller selection for choice
