The plumber came to install a new shower system in my daughters room, despite running into some obstacles installing the system due to the age of my house. The work was very clean and neat.
I wanted to install a toilet handheld shattaf. This company was a great help! Suggested a lot of different types and came to install it for me.
Shocking service. I had to take half a day off work to make sure I was there to let the plumber in, he got there 2.5 hours late with no communication informing me of the delay. He got there and was exceptionally rude, tried to refuse to install our fridge (which also needed plumbing). I informed the company of this and suggested they give a discount given the delay caused massive inconvenience and they didn't do anything to rectify the situation. I live in Islington but would never use them again. Avoid, even if you have to pay more somewhere else.

Took my card details, turned up to the wrong house on the wrong street then said the issue was that they couldn't get through to my partner on the phone (he was on a work call and was working from home just for the plumber). Eventually came later that day. Didn't apologise for the confusion. Spent 5 minutes in the flat which involved taking 2 photos of the serial number and model number. That cost 100. When I complained, I had a long to-and-fro, they refused to refund me and told me the whole machine needed replacing. I called another plumber (who was fantastic), explained that the door seal was damaged and gave the serial number and model number. They told me to ring Bosch and order the part and once it had arrived to call them and they'd fit it. Very clear to me that Islington Heating and Plumbing just tried to get rid of me by saying the machine needed replacing. Very poor customer service, very expensive and had to use the other plumber in the end anyway. Since, have done research online and it seems the same individuals runs 6 or so different companies - possibly under the umbrella Property & Maintenance Services Ltd., many of which have poor reviews. Beware.
